We all need someone who gives us the courage, strength, guidance, and support to get through challenges in life. Someone who we can connect with that we can trust who can identify with our needs, in a safe place with no judgment, to help improve our overall quality of life. Our goal at InspireMe Counseling and Wellness Center is to work on improving your overall well-being through mental health and wellness. We strive to meet our clients where they are and work with helping them move from a place of surviving to thriving. We work with individuals, families, couples, and groups.

Our team works together to provide the best services and support that is beneficial to our clients. Our team consists of a host of experienced and knowledgeable therapists, who take pride in their professions as Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Clinical Counselors, at working to inspire our clients to be their best.

Meet Out Staff

Niesha Davis, MSW, LCSW, CAMS-II, is the owner and CEO of InspireMe Counseling and Wellness Center. My goal is to provide a safe space for individuals, couples, and families to come meet with myself and their assigned therapist and obtain the support, and guidance needed to walk through challenging times in life. “It’s Okay Not To Be Okay” and we are here to help you and work towards improving your overall wellbeing and mental health.

I am Ingrid Montes, Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), (hablo español). I have been in the mental health field since 2017 working with clients to overcome life’s challenges. I enjoy working with adults focusing on their concerns with anxiety and depression. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and build a therapeutic alliance with my clients to help improve mood and coping skills.

I am Tatianna Brown, Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), (she/her) (hablo español). I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is connecting with your therapist. I believe in a non-judgemental and strengths based approach. I provide therapy to individuals (children and adults) who are working through life changes, relationship challenges, trauma, and self-esteem difficulties.

My name is Sherri Suniga and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I enjoy working and have experience with couples and individuals struggling with addiction/substance abuse recovery, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis, and personality disorders. My treatment modalities I most commonly use are Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and skills.

I am Nechelle Scott, Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW). I am highly motivated and compassionate about mental health and working with my clients. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults who want to improve and learn to manage their anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I love to use a strengths based approach to help you overcome the negative thoughts and experiences that appear to make things more challenging.

Miriam Popp is our Office Assistant. She’s also the founder of Vibrant Lifestyle Coaching. Miriam is a certified wellness coach who focuses on teaching her clients stress management tips that help them live their most VIBRANT lives. She will be leading her life enhancing signature group program, More Life, exclusively at Inspire Me.

Jadin Turner, is the Medical Biller at InspireMe Counseling and Wellness Center. His smile, enthusiasm, and friendly nature makes it a joy to take care of your financial and billing needs.

We Provide the Following Groups

Becoming a Better You

This group is a 6 week group that will help you to transform your mind to becoming a better you. Often times in life we come to a crossroads when we need to be encouraged to mature and evolve to move forward in life and living. Mentally and emotionally we do not have to remain stuck. The goal of this group is to get to a place of freedom, and become open to make changes in your life that will last. This group is additionally designed to increase your self-esteem and remind you how valuable you are. As your self-esteem and self-worth is developed you will experience a whole new life at a different level and love yourself from a different place.

Coping and Managing Depression

This group focuses on helping you to cope with and manage depression. You will be educated on what depression really is and learn the signs and symptoms that define depression and help you to discover the root causes of your depression. As well as you will learn coping strategies that will help with decreasing depression and allowing you to live life on purpose and manage your depression especially during those times you feel overwhelmed or alone.

(This group is offered to teens and adults separately / services are offered in Spanish)

Coping and Managing Anxiety

We all get anxious sometimes. This group focuses on helping you to cope with and manage your anxiety. You will be educated on what anxiety looks like and learn the signs and symptoms that triggers your anxiety and help you to discover the root causes of your anxiety. As well as you will learn coping strategies that will help you decrease your anxiety and allowing you to function from a better place with support.

(This group is offered to teens and adults separately / services are offered in Spanish)

Grief Support Group

Grieving the loss of a loved one can be challenging. Oftentimes you don’t understand and are confused as to why your loved one was taken away so soon. Whether you were prepared or not, it is still hard to process and the pain can be unbearable. This group will help you walk through the grief and loss journey in a safe space with a therapist who can help you navigate those difficult feelings.

I Can Control My Anger

This is a non-court ordered Anger Management Group that focuses on pre-teens/ teens on providing education about anger management and how to learn the difference between constructive and destructive anger, and provide tools on how to learn anger triggers and manage your anger. As well as learn coping skills to improve mood and behaviors.

I Choose

This is a non-court ordered Anger Management Group that focuses on providing education about anger management and how to learn the difference between constructive and destructive anger, and provide tools on how to learn your anger triggers and manage your anger. Utilizing a cognitive behavioral approach to teach how your thoughts contribute to your choices that lead to anger issues, and learning how to turn that around.

LGBTQ+

This is an 8 week group for those who identify as LGBTQ+. Members will enter a safe and therapeutic space to process thoughts and emotions associated with difficulties regarding sexuality and gender. Throughout the 8 weeks, members will build peer connections, learn coping strategies, and identify goals and hopes for their future.

More Life

Six week group program that teaches you how to create a plan to expand your life. We’ll come together weekly and move through the More Life system discussing various topics to help inspire and motivate your journey. Weekly assignments will have you showing up FOR YOURSELF and the life you want like never before. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a unique and fool proof plan that you will be confidently executing with ease.

Social Skills Support Group

This group is catered to those between the ages of 13-24 who are experiencing life transitions who can benefit from leaning conversational, relationships, and problem solving skills. As well as learn how to regulate and process their feelings and emotions in a safe space with no judgment. You will gain support, share experiences, and learn coping skills to help you to manage life’s transitions.

Wellness Activities

InspireMe Counseling and Wellness Center strives to improve your overall mental well-being through therapeutic services and also wellness activities that promote healthy coping, restoration, and healing. These activities are designed for adults and adolescents to assist you with focusing on and building on your strengths and using them to push you to a place of thriving.
